Thanks for this. My concern those is which coffee. Starbucks has a very strong coffee that many find very difficult to drink. Also I am concerned about dehydration from 6 cups of coffee. Having had a stash of these in my cupboard and not trying them yet I had two cups this morning. Everything you wrote in this post is true, especially in regards to the difference in taste due to its organic dynamics. While still quite strong, a rather robust full roast flavor, it was still very smooth and the taste did actually seem “cleaner” than some other non-organic offerings.
