Everything you wrote in this post is true, especially in regards to the difference in taste due to its organic dynamics. While still quite strong, a rather robust full roast flavor, it was still very smooth and the taste did actually seem "cleaner" than some other non-organic offerings. Great post! Nathan Dube.
